At our fragrance boutique, we care about your satisfaction and the integrity of our products. Therefore, we have clear and fair policies for returns and refunds.
Returns
Returns are only valid if the product is in the same condition as when we shipped it, and always considering that:
- The product arrived in perfect condition.
- The customer requests the return because they made a mistake when purchasing, no longer want the item, or the order arrived past the stipulated date.
To request a return, simply contact us, and our team will provide you with the necessary instructions, including a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Refunds
Products Received Damaged, Opened, Broken, or Smashed:
These cases, generally caused during transit, qualify for a full refund, with no need to return the product.
- To process this, please send us a photograph of the product and the received invoice.
Minor Damage or Details on the Packaging:
If the product arrives with minor damage (e.g., without the protective plastic wrap or a small imperfection during transit), a partial refund will be offered, and the customer may keep the product if they wish.
Refund Processing Times
Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the payment method used.
Once approved, you will receive confirmation, and the corresponding amount will be credited back to your payment method.
